Starting up your own hospitality business is of course very challenging to do, but there are also certainly many risks involved. Just as in the Netherlands, it can happen that applications are rejected, so that the space that you had converted into a restaurant, for example, unfortunately does not get an opening licence or that a discotheque does not get a music licence, and so on.
