After several years of plan development by Divino Resort SL, construction was completed in 2011 and Divino Resort was rented out to care institutions during periods.

Anything to do with care, elderly hospice or assistance is allowed, but no hotel permit is required, as long as it is for care or terminal care.

The access road to the plot is paved and public.

This is not a through road, but a road to the upper houses of the residential area.

There is not much traffic.

The building permit issued by the municipality allows for commercial use of the project.
